Caraleen has been painting for most of her life.

Having a great art teacher in high school was the beginning of her journey, followed by many years of instruction from notable professional artists.

Caraleen spent a few years teaching art to folks with developmental disabilities, brain injury and mental illness. Her most passionate medium is oils but also works in acrylics, watercolour and mixed media.
